Flexibility in Booking
I understand that each company is unique and has different requirements. Therefore, I offer you the flexibility to book my services on a daily basis or for extended periods. The minimum booking duration is 5 days to ensure that we have ample time to effectively achieve your financial objectives.
Clear Agreements
Each engagement begins with a meticulous agreement, where we define the scope and specific objectives of your financial tasks. These clear agreements form the foundation of our collaboration, ensuring that we are on the right track to achieve your financial goals.
Engagements with and without Executive Functions
I undertake engagements both with and without executive functions. For engagements without executive functions, I charge a daily rate starting from 1200€ plus VAT. The exact rate is agreed upon in advance and depends on the size of your company and the complexity of the tasks involved. Travel expenses and other outlays are billed separately at current rates.
When the activity involves an executive position such as Managing Director or Board Member, I charge daily rates starting from 2000€. For companies in acute crisis, I only take on executive roles after prior clarification of relevant insolvency law issues.
Transparent Billing
In my billing, I itemize each day of my activity specifically. Travel expenses are calculated separately at the current rate and are transparently itemized, giving you full control over your costs. For long-term engagements, I offer the option of agreeing on a flat fee to facilitate your budget planning.

Please note that my services are backed by a Manager’s Liability Insurance to protect your company and your interests. Your security and trust are of utmost importance to me.
