The minimum<\/strong> booking duration is 5 days<\/strong> to ensure that we have ample time to effectively achieve your financial objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each engagement begins with a meticulous agreement, where we define the scope<\/strong> and specific objectives<\/strong> of your financial tasks. These clear agreements form the foundation<\/strong> of our collaboration, ensuring that we are on the right track to achieve your financial goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/path> <\/svg><\/span>Engagements with and without Executive Functions<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

I undertake engagements both<\/strong> with and without executive functions. For engagements without <\/strong>executive functions, I charge a daily rate starting from 1200\u20ac<\/strong> plus VAT. The exact rate is agreed upon in advance and depends on the size <\/strong>of your company and the complexity<\/strong> of the tasks involved. Travel expenses and other outlays are billed separately at current rates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When the activity involves<\/strong> an executive position such as Managing Director<\/strong> or Board Member<\/strong>, I charge daily rates starting from 2000\u20ac<\/strong>. For companies in acute crisis, I only take on executive roles after<\/strong> prior clarification <\/strong>of relevant insolvency law issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/path> <\/svg><\/span>Transparent Billing<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In my billing, I itemize<\/strong> each day of my activity specifically. Travel expenses are calculated separately at the current rate and are transparently itemized, giving you full control<\/strong> over your costs. For long-term engagements, I offer the option<\/strong> of agreeing on a flat fee <\/strong>to facilitate your budget planning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/path> <\/svg><\/span>Manager’s Liability Insurance for Your Security<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Please note that my services are backed by a Manager’s Liability Insurance to protect<\/strong> your company and your interests. Your security and trust are of utmost importance to me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
